Cherokee County Fire
& Emergency Services

We Are Number One! You Can Help Us Stay at theTop!

October 13, 2020

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services is currently #1 in the donations to our annual Give Burns the Boot Drive and we would like to keep it that way, too. Currently, the fire department has raised $4,610 from citizens in Cherokee County.  Plus, the more we raise, the more money we will receive towards fire safety and burn prevention programs for our county.

Give Burns the Boot is an annual fundraising initiative, in which more than 100 fire departments throughout Georgia join together and collect funds to benefit the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation's (GFBF) mission and programs.

Unfortunately fires and burn injuries have not stopped because of COVID?19 and the critical work of GFBF supporting burn survivors continues. While firefighters may not be collecting donations at intersections and storefronts this year, you can still help us through our Virtual Boot Drive and it is easy for your department to participate!

Support Cherokee County firefighters and the community by donating to our team. The process is fast, easy, and secure... and you can be sure that it will benefit a great cause! Through supporting our department, you are truly making a difference!

To donate, just click on the boot on the right-hand side of this page.  Please be sure to put “Cherokee County” in the box where it says “Would you like to credit this donation to a specific fundraiser or team (optional)?”

Your support is greatly appreciated!
