When to Call 911

March 16, 2020

Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services reminds our citizens of when to call 911 for emergencies.  If you have difficulty breathing or choking, have an allergic reaction, have symptons of a heart attack/stroke, are confused, disoriented, or dizy, have difficulty speaking, walking or seeing and have sudden severe pain, then please contact 911.

At this time, we asked that you do not call 911 for information about Covid-19, need a ride to the doctor's office, want to get tested or have mild symptons.  You can find updated information on the Coronavirus on the right side of our home page.
